As flowers are perishable we strongly suggest that if you are unhappy that you get in touch via our call centre as soon as possible.
Refunds for Promotional offers
All refunds for promotional goods will be based on the promotional price at the time the order has been placed. Flower Innovations are only liable for monies which we have received and not those paid to a third party via any promotional offer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Payments
Please note that refunds may take 7-10 days for the refund amount to be shown on your bank statement.
Returns & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable we do not insist or expect our products to be returned.
However, any refunds or replacements will only be issued subject to photographic evidence in support of the condition of the flowers at that time, ideally via email to ensure a quick response.
All information relating to refund must be received within 7 days from delivery, otherwise a refund is not available.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check all information on your order confirmation is correct including your delivery address. We cannot issue refunds based on incorrect information entered during the order process. Any orders rejected at the deliverey address for whatever reason will not be automatically refunded or resent due to the nature of the product. Orders attempted with no one in will be held at a local post office for a reasonable amount of time before being disposed of. We cannot issue refunds based on non collection. Please note that deliveries can take place between 7am and 7pm on your chosen day. We do not recommend delivery to Hospitals or Health Centres as some of these do not accept fresh flowers or have difficulty locating the receipient.
